Our goal as your planner and coordinator is to make sure every single detail is considered and thoroughly planned, keeping you at ease throughtout the entire planning process and finally creating a flawless destination wedding for you and your family to remember for years to come.
At our initial complimentary meeting, in person or via phone, you will be able to provide us with all of your thoughts and ideas for your wedding. This is a time for you to determine what type of wedding planning assistance will best suit your needs in creating your wedding day.
Once our services are contracted, you will receive an abundance of information on local businesses including the best wedding professionals, local activities, hotels, and more. We will then be able to start giving you advice, suggestions, guidance and start planning for your event.
For those of you who just need a jumpstart into planning your own event, we will be happy to meet with you for up to a two-hour consultation. This is when we will provide you with an information packet that includes vendor recommendations, wedding location guidance, local information, etc. We will be happy to answer any specific questions you have and make sure you have what you need to plan your own wedding. This is a one-time consultation appointment and is a flat fee, should you decide to choose to contract our services, this fee will be applied to your Planning Contract.

You will be sure to save time and money by eliminating dozens of long distance phone calls, travel expenses and most importantly the countless hours and stress involved in trying to plan a destination wedding without professional advice and assistance.
Our Wedding Planner package covers every last detail…from our initial consultation to discuss your ideas, help with wording on save-the dates and invitations, to locating and confirming your ceremony and reception locations and contracting with the best wedding professionals, we will handle it all while keeping a time-line and working within your budget. A month or so before your wedding day, we will establish a full itinerary that outlines the duties of all involved and details of such, once finalized, we will provide this information to each wedding professional. We are on-site to direct the ceremony rehearsal and there for you on your wedding day, we will over-see the entire event beginning with set-up all the way till the reception ends, Handling any last minute issues that may arise and most importantly making sure your special day is stress-free and memorable!
For the brave bride who weathers the planning process on her own…allow yourself the reward of a wedding day coordinator to direct your special day just as you have planned. We will meet about 3 months before your wedding to review your details and contracts you have put together. A month or so before your wedding, you will provide us with a detailed itinerary covering all aspects of your event. At that time, we will contact each of the wedding professionals you have chosen to work with to confirm your details and let them know we will be the point of contact for your wedding day. We will be onsite to direct your wedding ceremony rehearsal and there for you on your wedding day to oversee and execute the wedding you have planned!!
